Customers who, for whatever reason shall not be satisfied with the purchase, have the right to terminate the contract without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days of the order’s date. The goods are considered “returned” when they are received by Smart Trade SpA. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, in the original packaging and without any faults. Product authenticity tags must be attached with the plastic security seal intact. Returned items must be unused and with all original product tags attached. Shoes and accessories need to be returned in their original undamaged boxes.

Return conditions:

- Returning shipments are always to be paid by the customer.

- Returning address is: SMART TRADE S.p.A, Via E. Fermi, 1 – 62832 MAGLIANO DI TENNA (FM) - ITALY.

- Within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, Smart Trade S.p.A. will refund. Smart Trade SpA will accept the returned goods, reserving the right to ascertain that the products have been returned in the terms previously described.

- Smart Trade SpA reserves the right to refuse unauthorized return attempts that do not comply with the specified return policies.
